This is an email marketing with website update program that combines your two best promotional tools to make sure your people are consistently aware of what you have to offer.
The Quarterly Email and Website Promotion Package includes:
- 4 times per year creation of a visually interesting, professional and informative email to be sent by an email service provider to your list
- The email is designed to bring the people on your client list to your website to learn more about you and what you offer
- Website updates your (Squarespace or Wordpress preferred) website to expand on informational goodies (key!) and news worthy items we promote in your email
- Synching of email promotional offers and events to your website and removal when they expire.
- Reminders one month in advance to submit your quarterly email/web content. (You can always send me content anytime when you have something great to put into the next mailing.)
- Help writing/editing content and all visuals will be provided to make sure each email and each web news post will catch the eye of viewer
- A groovy visual meme style post to use to link the email promotion to your Facebook or Instagram page
Additional follow up also available:
- The addition of news stories and photos of past events to your website (you provide the content).
- Follow up emails to targeting mailing lists created from the names of those who respond to a particular topic you promoted in your original email.
